[NCDXA] Winterfest - February 25-26, 2012 - NCDXA Participation as Vendor Table

Hello Brian (N1KC):
 
Brain - earlier we spoke about having an NCDXA vendor table at the Vienna Wireless Society - Winterfest (http://www.viennawireless.org/winterfest.php) - Great idea!
 
I understand the fee is $25 for the table for February 25-26, 2012.
 
Have we already paid for the table?
 
I would like to have Bud (W3LL - New Membership Leader) to participate in this evening and we need to use our new NCDXA Brochure and Membership forms (See attached). I plan to be there on Saturday at the booth.
 
I notice, that this is the same day as our next scheduled NCDXA meeting in Frederick, MD. I strongly believe we should change the next meeting date? I don't want to try and combine these events. We have a lot on the agenda with the convention coming up plus a guest speaker. I'm open for March 3, 2012. I think it would a positive event to review the new membership results from the Winterfest plus give new members a chance to make a meeting.
