On the http://www.ncdxa.org/club.shtml  (Officers) page, I think we need to reduce the Officer assigned space by putting two officers on the same line,
 
then add the following:
 
Special President Appointed Positions:
 
General Support
New Memberships Leader: Roger Stephens (K5VRX) Email: Memberships at NCDXA.org
Meeting Arrangements and Scheduling Leader: TBD (TBD) , Email: Meetings at NCDXA.org
Annual Awards Committer Leader: TBD (TBD) , Email: Awards at NCDXA.org
 
Special Projects:
NCDXA DX Convention 2012 Leader: Mike Cizek (W3MC), Email: Convention at NCDXA.org
Youth Development Project 2013 Leader: TBD (TBD), Email: YouthDevelopment at NCDXA.org
NCDXA Strategic Planning Meeting with ARRL 2013 Leader: TBD (TBD), Email: StrategicPlanningMeeting at NCDXA.org
 
I think we need to create the above emails addresses and apply forwarding to all Officers and the assigned person.
