Hi Rick:
 
Here are the enhancements I want to make to our new www.NCDXA.org website:
 
1) I want to add a button at the top of our website "Members Only".
 
The Member log in will be the Member's call sign and a pass word they
select.
 
In this section, we'll post our Meeting Minutes and Finance Report.
 
I'll also scan all historial records that were given to me and add them to
the site in the near future.
 
2) In order to properly communicate to "ALL" members in NCDXA, I want to
set-up timely electronic voting on topics or decisions. The idea is the
President or Vice-President will post the information for review (7 days),
then request an electronic vote. Discussion and communications between
members can be made via the NCDXA reflector. This is also a way to get the
reflector used more often.
 
I believe waiting for a meeting every three to four months to have a vote is
not very responsive to some of the goals we have for the club. We have over
40 paid members in our club. We need to develop a means to allow them to
vote and participate.
 
Please think on how we can make this happen soon. If we need to pay money to
get it done. I'll pay for it as a donation.
