[NCDXA] W3ZZ Status

NCDXA,

 

I received a message from Gene Zimmerman W3ZZ saying he will not be able to attend this month's NCDXA meeting (see below). Gene was to be our speaker at this month's meeting. I am glad he is out of the hospital and looking forward to next year's meeting.

 

Our substitute speaker will be Brian Gaffney K3PU who will speak on Software Defined Radio (SDR) and tells the story of how Ham Radio experiments often become main stream products.

I am  out of the hospital yesterday.

 

Unfortunately I am not supposed to leave the house except for doctor's appointments for the next 6 weeks. Besides I feel weak as water.

 

I would like to reschedule the talk for next April prior to the Es season.

 

I am so sorry but that's the way it is.
