Some random comments.

Too many membership categories - suggest - member, life member, non-licensed member.

Initiation fee of $30.00 plus dues is a bit steep.

The 51% quorum for changes may be difficult to meet - suggest allowing voting by email.

Leave out all that is encouraged. Only include real requirements in the document.
