[NCDXA] Constitution and By-Laws - Reminder

Good Afternoon NCDXA Members:
 
I hope each of you are having a wonderful Friday!
 
My morning started with my daughter Amanda (age 5) sharing with me that she was very sick. So I have taken the day off with her. For the record, I just finished playing Barbie dolls with her for two hours. OMG - did you know that Barbie talks now?
 
Life is really fun - we only get these moments once in life - So I'm making the most of it.
 
I just wanted to remind everyone to take a look at the new proposed NCDXA Constitution and By-Laws that I sent you yesterday morning. If you did not receive it, please send me an email (k3lp at yahoo.com).
 
I received about 6 emails with comments for improvement. Before I start the editing, I would like to get as much feedback as possible. Your input counts and is very important. We have about 47 active members in our club, that means we need input from 41 more.
 
If you concur with the changes, send an email to let me know. If you have recommends for changes, send an email to let me know. 
 
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE FEB. 25, 2012 MEETING AND DOWN LOAD YOUR COMPLAINTS. Let's work out any issues in advance.
