[NCDXA] Rana noted in "DailyDX"

I had lunch with Larry, N4VA today, and just to clarify, S21R is not "our"
Rana, WB4NFO.

This Rana (S21R) also lives in the states, in Texas, but he is a native
Bangladeshi, not a Nepalese.  He is back visiting his home country on a
month's vacation.
