[NCDXA] Request for NCDXA DX-pediton Support - Tromelin 2014Expedition

Dave beat me to the gun on this one.  There was a note about it in the Daily
DX the other day and I have been meaning to send a note to NCDXA about it as
a new business item for the February meeting.  Tromelin is either 9th or
10th, depending on whose most-wanted list you use, and was last activated in
2000.   I would like to propose that NCDXA make a healthy ($500-$1k)
donation to these guys.

Good morning Rick,

I drop you a short email today on behalf of the Tromelin2014 team. On
december 24th, we officially launched the website of our next DX Expedition.
On the other hand, we sent out the same day a press release to announce that
we will be active from Tromelin (FT5/T – ex FR/T) in november 2014 for 10
days.

We must now to focus our efforts on logistics and financial details. I
attached to this email a complete presentation of the project.

 Based on the last financial spreadsheet, our necesary budget is close to
the 90 000$ most of which is devoted to logistics and transportations costs
(From Réunion to Tromelin). Each of the 6 operators provide a part of this
sum but to balance the budget, the help of the DX Community is necessary.

We would be glad to see the National Capitol DX Association involved in the
project by the means of a financial aid granted to our team.
