[NCDXA] NCDXA August Meeting

We are out of town the first two weekends in August. I'd love to host a
meeting here, but our house is pretty small. It would be OK if only 10-12
people showed up. If we can't find a host, what about trying another
restaurant meeting? I understand that was how our meetings were usually
held years ago.

Subject: [NCDXA] NCDXA August Meeting
I've just found that the Fowlfest, which was moved from August to
September 21st, has been moved again to October 5th.
We can't have the August meeting in October along with a second
October meeting in October.
The October meeting is our annual meeting where we hold an election of
officers.
So, the first problem is that we now need to pick a weekend in August
to hold the meeting. I know that there's some weekends that won't work
due to conflicts with contests. Any suggestions for a date from the
membership?
And now the hard question - are there any volunteers to host the
meeting once we get a date picked out?

-Rick
