[NCDXA] 2013 FowlFest -- scheduled month change needed

Fellow PVRCers and NCDXAers:

This year I would like to again host the annual FowlFest at my QTH.  However, the month of August is not going to work this year.  Sometime in August (probably right around FowlFest time) our daughter and son-in-law are going to present us with our first grandchild, a baby girl !  They live in Charlotte. My wife and I will be with them to help out and enjoy this momentous event for much of the month of August.  I would suggest September as a replacement month...exact weekend to be decided on a little later.  September is usually dry with less oppressive humidity  compared to August, although, we lucked out with the weather in August last year.
