[NCDXA] Annual Meeting - October 19

Last week an announcement was posted that the meeting will be held at
Anita's Restaurant in Vienna, VA in their upstairs meeting/dinning room. The
management has called and asked about if we could be accommodated in another
part of the restaurant. The only way we can give them an answer is if we
know how many members plan to attend the meeting and also how many plan to
stay for dinner.

 

We need to provide a count of number of members that plan to attend the
meeting and also the number that plan to stay for dinner to the restaurant
as soon as possible. 

 

Please reply to this message if plan to attend the meeting and if you plan
to stay for dinner at your earliest convenience. Please reply again, even if
you sent a previous message that you plan to attend.

 

If you are not able to participate in this year's annual meeting there is no
need to respond and we will look forward to seeing you at a future meeting.
