[NCDXA] Annual Meeting - October 19th

We previously posted an announcement that the Annual Meeting will be held at
Anita's Restaurant in Vienna, VA on Saturday 19th October in the upstairs
meeting/dining room. The restaurant management has called and asked if we
can be accommodated in another part of the restaurant. The only way we can
respond to their request is if we know how many members plan to attend the
meeting and also how many members plan to also stay for dinner.

 

Please respond to this message at your earliest convenience so that we know
how many are planning to attend the meeting and dinner even if you
previously sent a message regarding your intentions. 

 

If you are unable to attend the meeting there is no reason to respond and we
will hope to see you at a future meeting or event.
