[NCDXA] No April NCDXA Meeting

I've been working on finding a restaurant to host the April NCDXA meeting
with little success. On Saturday evenings most of the places I've run into
either want a large deposit to hold their meeting rooms, or want a
confirmed set of attendees with food chosen beforehand.

Finding a place that meets our needs isn't working, and we can't hold the
meeting over Easter weekend (April 19th). I could reserve a meeting room at
one of the Fairfax County rec centers, but the last time I did that I got a
lot of criticism for not having a meal.

I'm throwing in the towel. There won't be an April meeting this year.

Our next meeting will be at W3LPL on June 21st - the weekend before Field
Day.
