[NCDXA] Deferred Annual Meeting

Good morning!

 

We are now in October and we are without a venue to hold our annual meeting
and so we are deferring it to December. Hopefully we will have a venue for
December and if we do, the date and location will be announced as soon as
possible.

 

Our by-laws call for the election of new officers at the annual meeting and
we need members to step forward and run for president, vice-president,
treasurer and secretary. Our current president has new responsibilities and
needs to relinquish the office to another member. In addition, your
secretary would also like to see someone in the position. Please consider
making a commitment of your time to the club; new leadership always
re-invigorates an organization.

 

Hopefully we will see everyone in December.
