[NCDXA] Fowlfest and October Meeting

So far, we've had nobody come forward to offer to host or to suggest a
location for an October meeting.

There's been one comment that the 25th conflicts with a contest (CQWW SSB).
I can't make a meeting on the 18th, but that shouldn't keep us from moving
it to that weekend if that's better for the contest season. Or perhaps we
can do this on the following weekend on November 1st.

However, unless someone comes forward and suggests a venue we won't be
having a meeting - I don't have the free time to chase this down.
