[NCDXA] Fowfest update to Saturday's mail--Bring a chair, updated attendee list

Do not forget your chairs for sitting at the tables which will be set up thanks to  Pip WB4FDT and Bob W3IDT volunteering to work from 9:30 in the morning of the Fowlfest.The rain date will be Sunday the next day 8/28. Check your reflector email if the weather looks bad for the mid day.  Cokes and water will be provided.  Wine and beer is on a volunteer-to-bring-and-share basis. 


Below are the two previous notes on Fowlfest attendees as expressed by their check submissions.  Add to those lists 2 checks received in the last week...(1) Tom  K3AJ

Thus we are up to 28 confirmed via received checks with a few more rumored to be in process.  Counting Todd and myself we are up to 30.  Encourage any last minute deciders to come and its ok to pay at the event so that we can approach the 40+ figure of recent years.

Attendance is confirmed at 25 currently based on checks received.  I have a couple of other notes received that checks are imminent or in the mail.  

As Fowlfest is just 2 weeks away, please get your checks in the mail this week if at all possible so we may know how many supplies to buy and how much food to plan for.
