A great place for one stop shopping for sides, i.e. baked beans, potato salad, etc. is Rocklands barbecue. There's one on Wisconsin Ave NW across from the Whole Foods near Calvert St NW. They can easily have large quantities ready & waiting if one calls in advance. There might be one in Rockville as well if someone would volunteer to make the pick up, they would be reimbursed

Please keep it a simple process with ONE procedure for me to receive and file checks in a pending folder WITHOUT CASHING THEM to see if we get a quorum of received checks to have the event. The check instructions were in the last note. So far one check received. Thanks.

We will also have deli side items in addition to the chicken to fill your plate, soft drinks, and water. We welcome your DESERT AND SALAD CONTRIBUTIONS only (no chips needed). Also, if you would like to bring your favorite beer for the cooler, that's fine also.

We will try to target a cost about the price of a meeting lunch or dinner most all of us attend regularly. We're sure you will turn out regardless of this small charge.
