[NCDXA] Ceremony for N1KC at Arlington National Ceremony Scheduled for September 13.

Fellow Members of NCDXA:

Thanks to Ben Baddley, W4FQT, we have received the following information
from Carol Bayus, widow of our late
and sorely missed colleague Brian Bayus, N1KC.

There is scheduled to be a ceremony in Brian's honor at Arlington National
Cemetery at 10 AM Tuesday,
September 13.  Those planning to attend are advised to gather at the
Arlington National Cemetery
Administration Building no later than 9:30 AM that morning.
