[NCDXA] NCDXA Members on ARRL Committees

In an attempt to get information about the upcoming July meeting of the
ARRL Board of Directors, I went through the minutes of the January 2017
ARRL Board and discovered that two of our members serve on ARRL Committees:

-- Phil Barsky, K3EW on the Electromagnetic Compatibility Committee

-- Rick Murphy, K1MU on the Logbook of the World Study Committee.

I know that some of us were aware that Rick was helping the ARRL manage
LoTW in some respect, but speaking for myself, I never knew exactly  what
his title was.  Now we know.

I'm sure that our members will join me in congratulating Phil and Rick for
their civic spirit in voluntarily assisting our national organization in
areas where their valuable specialized knowledge can be used as a benefit
to the Radio Amateur Service as a whole.
