[NCDXA] Reminder of Dues Payment for 2018-19

To Members who have not paid their dues.

I know you know who I am addressing with this gentle reminder that your
dues for the 2018-19 period is past due- They are due on Oct 1 of each
year.   Rather than sending separate emails I am hopeful that this reminder
causes each one of you to act. Use PayPal or directly send it to my home
QTH listed on the  NCDXA website.

I expect to be at Max's in Wheaton next Monday evening for Art Boyer's
Group PVRC meeting and on 11/20 at the PVRC NW meeting.  You can provide me
your dues at either venue.
