We need the fowllowing assistance for FOWLFEST

1.   Need 3 folks to step forward to assist in cleanup after the event.

2.   We need 4 large coolers to store the drinks and sides- need them on
site by 11AM - Respond to Phil K3EW
3.   We need 5 20 lb bags of ice to be delivered about 11AM at the site.
You will be reimbursed.  Respond to Phil K3EW
4.   If you haven’t told Todd  WB2ZAB  your chicken part preferences,
please do so immediately  Todd at ruby-wine.com
5.  If you are planning to add to the menu of chicken, beans, slaw, potato
salad with an appetizer, side dish or dessert, please let Phil K3EW know
what you are bringing ASAP.
