Well folks, we are up to 33 attendees with many YL's planning on joining
us.

SIGN UP FOR FOWLFEST 2019 – THIS IS ALWAYS A FINE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEND SOME
QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR PVRC and NCDXA BRETHREN.

FOWLFEST 2019 will be held on Saturday, August 24, in the Bobwhite Pavilion
in Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg, MD from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
–rain or shine! This is the same great location as last year.

This event, co-sponsored by PVRC and NCDXA, is made possible by the
unselfish generosity of Fred Laun, K3ZO, longtime PVRC and NCDXA member and
current NCDXA President.  Joel Knoblock, W3RFC, of The RF Connection has
graciously made a donation to cover the cost of the pavilion rental and
alcohol permit.  The Food Committee will ensure that the chicken will be
prepared in the finest Fowlfest tradition

Special Notes to Attendees:

1)  If you plan on bringing a Side Dish, appetizer, or desert please let me
know as soon as you can so we don’t purchase duplicates of what’s being
shared.

2)  We need 4 coolers for the drinks and the side dishes along with a 20#
bag of ice for each. Please let me know if you can provide 1 or more.

3) We plan on having chips, dips, salsa, and guacamole available before the
main course.

4) Main course will be the grilled chicken along with usual picnic sides of
potato salad, macaroni salad and cole slaw.  Pickles will also be provided.
