[NCDXA] Fowlfest Date is Saturday, August 24, 2019

Fellow members of NCDXA:

I made a mistake at the June 15 NCDXA meeting when I said that the date for
the Fowlfest had not been decided.   Our treasurer Phil K3EW had already
made the announcement that the date would be Saturday, August 24, but
somehow I had missed that.

So let me make it official, that the August meeting of NCDXA will be held
on Saturday, August 24, 2019 in connection with the annual and traditional
joint NCDXA/PVRC Fowlfest.

Thanks very much to Phil for taking this on.   He will shortly be coming
forth with an announcement of more details.

Here's wishing you all a "Happy Fourth".
