[NCDXA] Opening For Bureau Letter Sorter

Thanks to you all for the comments and the prompt response. Doug NA1DX and
trustee for NA3DX was the first to respond so Doug, congratulations, you
are the new "J" sorter. I am still awaiting replies from those DXers I
have notified about not having envelopes on hand, so it will be a while
before I am ready to turn the files over to you. I will be back in touch
with you at that time.
