[NCDXA] PVRC NCDXA Combined Fowlfest 2019

To all members,

Fowlfest 2019 initial planning has begun. It will be held in Seneca Creek
State Park, in Gaithersburg, MD- Location is about 7 minutes off of I270.
The Date will be Saturday August 24, 2019- the traditional 4th Saturday of
August. Time  1100- 1500 EDST

I would like to ask how many of you are interested in attending?  As
before, we will take latecomer's RSVP's up to 8/23/19.  Please respond via
the reflector or offline to my email/ phone nr.

This year we are asking for the grilling chicken chefs extraordinaire in
our ranks to come forward. Todd, WB2ZAB has held that post and has fed us
spectacularly for the past 10 years. But he has retired from the position
and we need other(s) to step up and take up that position for 2019. The
chicken prep/cooking team can be one person or composed of several members.
Please answer this call for assistance, offline.
