[NCDXA] Agenda For NCDXA October 13 Meeting

Fellow members of NCDXA:

The regular NCDXA October meeting will take place on  Tuesday Oct 13, 2020
at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.  Given Covid-19 restrictions,  this meeting will
take place online.  Thanks to our Treasurer, Phil Barsky K3EW, for making
the online arrangements.  The details as to how to participate can be found
at the end of this message.

Here is the Agenda for the meeting:

AGENDA FOR NCDXA VIRTUAL MEETING
      TUESDAY October 13, 2020  7 PM  EDST

   1. Call to order and introduction of members
        and guests in attendance by President K3ZO

   2. Secretary's Report by Secretary W3NRJ, to include the Minutes of the
August 2020 NCDXA Meeting

   3. Treasurer's Report by Treasurer K3EW.   The October meeting is
traditionally the meeting at which members are asked to pay their
membership dues
         for the following year .

   4. Discussion as to whether most future NCDXA meetings should remain
online.

   5. Election of officers.   The terms of the officers of NCDXA are two
years long, and are staggered so that on one year the President and the
Secretary are
        elected, while on the following year the Vice-President and the
Treasurer are elected.   This year the terms of President K3ZO and
Secretary W3NRJ
        come to an end, while the terms of office of Vice-President N4MM
and Treasurer K3EW continue until October 2021.   Nominations for President
and
        Secretary are open.  Secretary W3NRJ has indicated that he does not
wish to run for re-election.

  7. Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau Report by K3ZO

  8.  Any other business
