[NCDXA] Applications from two new prospective members of NCDXA

To all,  Looking forward to seeing you all at the Holiday party- virtual
meeting- next Thursday.  We have NCDXA applications from two amateurs which
will be presented at the meeting. I am submitting them to you beforehand
for your consideration. Each prospective member will be invited to present
a quick Amateur Bio and their credentials for membership. I am sponsoring
both Dennis N8IVN and Craig N3NT
