[NCDXA] NCDXA Will Not Organize Fowlfest This Year

Fellow members of NCDXA:

The popularity of the sites at the Seneca Creek State Park, which NCDXA
used for the Fowlfest in the years just prior to Covid-19, requires that
they be booked months in advance.  That had forced us to begin the process
now.

In discussions among your officers, we have decided that the way things
will look regarding Covid-19 restrictions in late August are impossible to
predict,
so that we are unable to organize the Fowlfest this year.

Hopefully in 2022 things will finally be back to normal.
