 Effective 28 March 2022, the "1 letter prefix" and the "2 letter prefix"
4th Call Area Incoming QSL Bureaus have merged into a single bureau.

QSL cards for this Bureau should be mailed to:

SPARC QSL Bureau
PO Box 599
Sterling, VA 20167-0599


For the immediate future, amateur radio operators receiving their cards
from this bureau will continue to use the same letter managers and follow
the same procedures as prior to the merger.
