[NCDXA] Announcing Regular NCDXA Meeting February 24

This is to announce the regular every-other-month February general
membership meeting of NCDXA.

It will take place this coming Thursday,  February  24,  at 7:00 PM EST
via  ZOOM.    Note the 7 PM meeting time,
which is different from the 7:30 PM meeting times for our weekly "How's DX"
sessions.

I will endeavor to post an agenda prior to the meeting.
