[NCDXA] DX Searching

Hello NCDXA,
On searching for FB8ZP, Amsterdam, I asked F4HEC who is an active DXer,
He researched it and found that the op was F6DWQ.   F6DWQ info is on QRZ.com, so I sent him a message.
Now I'm hoping that I am in the log.
Now I'm looking for another old QSL:  C21BD in Nauru.  My old QSL routing info is that the manager was WA0TEC, who is not listed in QRZ.com.  Went to the callbook archives and found that WB0TEC was Chester L. Baker of Jefferson, SD.   Thinking that he may now have a new call, searched QRZ.com under the name with no results.
C21BD is not listed on QRZ.com.   
C21BD must have been a local resident because my log shows his name as "Det" and a postal box number.   
N2OO provided some U.S. calls, but they weren't helpful.
Would appreciate any help that you can provide.
