Hi Howard,

About half of the roughly 30 contests for which PVRC submits
club scores each year do not have club circle requirements;
for example, the CQWW VHF contest, the WAE contests and
the CQ 160 meter contests.

Frank,

An excellent analysis. As a 55 year veteran of operating 6M from many of my past locations it was great to see your great work. Back in the 70’s I built a 7 el long boom 6M yagi that I could only mount at 35’ it was always interesting to switch between that and my 5el at 60’ and see the difference based on the mode of propagation.

I now live in Frederick in an HOA with just an indoor dipole running QRP. I was fortunate before moving from Allentown, PA or locate a place to install my remote station that is running great. It is a Flex 6400 and KPA 1500 with high dipole for 160-6M. I will have a Steppir DB18 with 3 el on 6M at 60 feet up by July so I look forward to having a signal on 6M again.

With my station in Allentown, just beyond the PVRC circle, I am not able to submit any of my scores to the club
