Hello NCDXA,
I don't do digital, so getting a QSO with T33T on SSB or CW was a major challenge becasue they prefer digital. But I managed to get a 12-meter SSB QSO that was confirmed on ClubLog.
Banaba is an ATNO for me.
I looked up the QSO stats, and I am not surprised that digital is a large majority.
FT-8 = 46,955
FT-4 = 4,790
SSB = 2,070
CW = 2
Total is 53,817, with 87 % on FT-8; or 96 % digital.
T33T still has about two weeks to go, so maybe there will me more SSB. They must not have a CW operator.
Asia = 32, 324 or 60 %NA = 9,974 or 18. 5 %EU = 5,723 or 10. 6 %
The leaderboard is not surprising either. The top 100 with the most QSO's are mostly JA's. There are a few others like W, HL, and VK.
The two U.S. stations in the top 100 are W4DXX and N0FW.
W4DXX has 16 QSOs, ranked no. 64
N0FW has 15 QSOs, ranked no. 78.
Checking N0FW on QRZ.com, it looks like the fellow has worked them all on all bands and all modes. The question is why he needs 15 QSOs with T33T.
73
Fred
