[NCDXA] Fwd: TN8K

To all NCDXA members,

Based on what Fred W3ICM found is contained in their operating plan, I
propose that NCDXA support this TN8K DXpedition to the Congo, to the tune
of $250.00.  I need a majority of members to respond in the positive
support of this action to make it happen.  I personally support this action
since this is the only African nation I have not worked and confirmed.  *A
show of hands please.*
