[NCDXA] NCDXA-C Adopted By Laws

To all,  I have been advised that some members may not have received the
adopted By-Laws of NCDXA-C.  I have attached the By-Laws for NCDXA-C which
were adopted by the Directors on Mar 30, 2023.  If you had not received the
By-Laws previously, the board is asking that you review the document and
forward issues, questions, objections , changes, etc. to Phil Barsky , Lead
Director and Brian Treadwell, Secretary.  Depending upon the nature of the
inputs we may convene a special meeting to discuss issues brought up by the
membership. We ask that you get those issues to us NLT 30 April 2023.
