[NCDXA] Recommendations for monetary support, from NCDXA, to upcoming 2024 DXpeditions

To all members.

Led by Mike Cresap, W3IP , and reviewed and approved by the directors, we
have an initial 2024 list of DXpeditions that are being identified for
support from NCDXA. We have provided a complete list of all upcoming
DXpeditions that were considered. Please look at the attached document and
1) let us know if there are agreements/disagreements with those being
recommended for support and 2) If there are any other DXpeditions that we
have missed.

Please respond before 12/15/23. The monetary support is enabled by your
dues, so you all have a say in its use.
