[NCDXA] NCDXA Corp First formal meeting announcement Feb 13, 2023 0730PM EST

Phillip Barsky, K3EW, John Kanode N4MM, Brian Treadwell WV4V, directors of
the NCDXA Corporation  are inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.  In
addition this invitation is also going out to the W3 Bureau Sorters who
have great interest in the future plans for the Bureau. We appreciate you
all being there and are offering to have you join NCDXA as a member, if not
already one.

*Topic: NCDXA Corporation First Formal Meeting. NCDXA has been organized as
a MD 501-C-7 Club,  A Tax Exempt Non-Stock Corporation.*

 It is extremely important that all NCDXA members attend this meeting
because:
1.) We have to elect three Directors, one being the Lead Director, two for
two year terms and one for one year term.  The directors will have the
responsibility of creating Club By-Laws and presenting them the membership
for approval within 2 months after the election.
2.) We have to decide whether or not to have a separate Treasurer and
Secretary
3.) We have to discuss the future of the W3 Incoming QSL Bureau,
which NCDXA owns.
