[NCDXA] Call for Nominees for Directors, Secretary and Treasurer.

We have scheduled our first NCDXA Corporation -Club meeting for 0730PM on
2/13/23.  We will elect three directors, one of them being lead director.
Also, we will be deciding on whether or not to continue to have a separate
Treasurer and Secretary.

1) If you are interested in being a nominee for director or lead director
please forward your name to me by email by 2/10/23.  The present
directors have expressed their desire to be considered for the positions.
This in no way should be taken as a fait accompli for the new positions.

2) Under the assumption that the club would want to continue the
organization of the prior Association, please come forward and offer
to become Treasurer or Secretary.
