[NCDXA] Brainstorming session to develop a solution for the W3 Incoming QSL Bureau HQ Operations

To all,   At the strong suggestion of Tim, N3QE , we are calling for a
group brainstorming session to develop possible solutions to house and
operate the Subject HQ operations.  We need the collective expertise of the
Sorters, the NCDXA members and PVRC members, who have great interest in
furthering and continuing the operation of the HQ. Please bring your ideas
to the meeting. It is hoped that the session will culminate in identifying
various realistic options to satisfy the need of the HQ operations.  Thank
