[NCDXA] St Helena Island DXpedition Proposal

Have the plan details been made available? The requests made would be
better evaluated with more detail made available to ‘us’ as evaluators. I
can be comfortable with our own officials bearing the responsibility for
decisions, but as an individual member I don’t feel confident about my
personal ability to judge. Terry’s question raises my ‘interest.’  Vic
