[NCDXA] WE NEED YOU TO RSVP ASAP FOR FOWLFEST - a comment

Hi Phil, Everyone

Can't make it this year, I'll be out of the country for travel during that
time  (no radio unfortunately this time) so will miss y'alls.

I recall the 1st fowlfest I attended, thanks to an invite from Ben N3UM -
after moving to Annapolis in 2008 & getting on the air with a 30' tower in
downtown (Shaw St), he invited me to come to Marty's place near the water.
I think that was when I met many NCDXA'ers for the very first time via
eyeball QSO.....fun times !   Plus, I got to help showoff some of my chef
skills & apparently everyone survived (!)
So, enjoy and hope many can make it, sorry I won't be able to this year.
