[NCDXA] Notice of Every other Month NCDXA Corporation business meeting.

To all NCDXA members,

As has been our tradition, the June edition of the subject meeting will be
held during the W3LPL open house on June 17th, 2023 at 1PM.  The meeting
will be  sited on the grass in the grove of trees to the left of the main
driveway.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1- Proof of Quorum
2-Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice.
3. Reading of minutes of the April 13, 2023 meeting; acceptance/requested
changes to minutes.
4. Treasurer's report
5- Report of Directors.  No actions taken by the board since the last
meeting.
6- W3 QSL Bureau Manager's report of activities
6.-Old Business

- Status of K3ZO memorial Call for NCDXA-
-  Status of K3ZO nominations to CQ DX Hall of Fame, Cq Amateur radio
Hall of Fame;

7- New Business

- Consideration of Tommy Owen's (N3TJO) credentials presented at this time,
his first meeting.
-  Vote for membership will be held at this second meeting for Mike Cresap,
W3IP.-
-  Identification of New DXpeditions for NCDXA to support.

-  Next meeting date  - Fowlfest at Seneca Creek State Park, 1100-1500 26
August 2023.
