[NCDXA] St Helena Island DXpedition Proposal

To all members,   Art Blank  Wa7 B has prepared a preliminary document
which presents a top level description of the proposed Dxpedition in
Feb-Mar 2025 time frame. The NCDXA Directors have had a couple of
discussions with Art, and we would like to have the NCDXA community answer
the following two questions

1) Should NCDXA take the lead and sponsor, provide detailed support in the
planning and execution of this endeavor.? This will require commitments of
time and energy on the part of our membership. - Each and every one of us
This is  a large undertaking but a very do-able DXpedition- there is no
landing on rocky shorelines, setting up on glaciers, etc. It is a more
genteel endeavor similar to the one that I took part in on Montserrat in
2015.

2) The second question is who is ready to step forward and become part
of the Dxpedition team.? Right now we are looking to keep this within the
NCDXA community since our emphasis is on DXing and not on contestoing.

I would request that the secretary setup a Zoom meeting in early August
with the entire NCDXA membership, to get feedback on both of these
questions.
