[NCDXA] Call for Event Committee volunteers for combined NCDXA/PVRC Fowlfest Picnic

Folks,  To make sure that the Fowlfest is as successful as it was last
year, we need to stand up a committee to support the event:

1   1-person to help with  shopping for drinks ( soda, iced tea) .
Shopping will be done locally in Gaithersburg  two days before the event. .
2- 1-2 folks to set up the pavilion prior to the picnic- (10AM arrival) .
3- 1 person to pick up the prepared fowls in Gaithersburg  at 11AM  8/26.
4- 1-2 folks to take care of clean up efforts- expect many attendees will
assist here as well.
