[NCDXA] Second Notice of Annual Meeting- Elections and a Change to the By-Laws.

To all,

The annual meeting is set for October 12, 2023 via zoom.  ( See Zoom
invitation below) . As I stated in the invitation to the annual meeting, it
is very important that all members attend the meeting.

1) Elections:  We will be voting on two Director's positions- Lead
Director, which I now hold and one of the two Directors' positions, the one
that Ed Kuebert K5EK  now holds.  Ed would rather relinquish his position
if someone would step forward.  Howard AE3T, the other current director,
has agreed to stay on for his second year.  If no other members step
forward to place their name in nominations for Lead Director, I will be
happy to continue in that role for another year.


*This is a direct call to those members who would like their names entered
into the ballot for either or both open Director's positions.*

2) By Law change:  The Board of Directors are proposing adding an Appendix
A to the NCDXA By Laws covering the subject of sponsorship guidelines for
DXpeditions requesting NCDXA support. Please find the proposed appendix
attached to this email.  (It has been amended since the last mailing). We
will be discussing the proposed guidelines and hopefully be able to vote to
add them to the By Laws at the Annual Meeting. Please review the proposed
appendix and provide comments either before the meeting or at the meeting.
