[NCDXA] NCDXA Annual meeting and E6AM Niue Island DXpedition

NCDXA members,

Annual Meeting.   We need to set a date and time and PLACE for the
meeting.  I would like to have the meeting, which in the past has been
face-to-face at the QTH of one of our members, in early October.  In the
past W3RMO, Jim, has hosted the meeting, but I would like to have a member
or two come forward and volunteer to host the meeting. It can be on the
weekend or during the week depending upon the host's availability.  Please
send those offers to me as soon as possible. I would think QTH's along the
495, whether in VA or MD would be ideal. Thank you in advance.



Our friend Stan LZ1GC is traveling again. This time to E6 land, Niue
Island, in late October.  He casually asked for monetary support, but I
think we should establish some criteria before we support any more
DXpeditions.  One suggestion has been that the entity being activated be in
the top (5, 10, 15,???), on the need lists or some other criteria?   I
would like to have those with suggestions feed them to our secretary Brian,
WV4V, by the end of September. I will ask Brian to report on the results to
the Directors by October 6, 2023. We probably will amend our bylaws based
upon discussion and vote by the membership of the criteria decided upon.
