[NCDXA] Note of Apology to the membership.

To all,    First of all  I apologize to all who thought we were just going
to have a Roundtable meeting tonight.  I sent out a notice on 12/6/24 that
because of the non- availability of directors we were going to move the
Membership meeting to 12/17/24.  Then two days ago on 10/10/24   I sent out
a new invitation to the membership meeting to be held tonight, 10/12/24. (
Mental hiccup on this end)  I sent out a new sign in for tonight's meeting.
So some of you did not receive or notice the meeting invitation for tonight
and thought that it was still roundtable night.

The roundtable zoom invitation code is still valid. It did not work tonight
because the host, yours truly, was having the membership meeting tonight
using the new check in. A host cannot have two Zoom meetings going at the
same time.

So a BIG MEA CULPA.   We did have a membership meeting with nine folks, who
read the latest invitation sent out two days ago, and came as invited.

So that everyone can attend the same meeting, may I please ask for your
collective indulgence and have you all attend the December Membership
meeting ,Part Deux, next Tuesday.  If you were at tonight's meeting, and
cannot attend next Tuesday evening, we will be going over the same agenda
items as tonight, but since all three directors will be in attendance, the
discussion could cover additional items.  I am going to send out a new
invitation to the membership meeting part II, with a new sign in code
shortly.

Again, sorry for the confusion caused by my faux pas.
