[NCDXA] Test, please ignore

Apologies for the noise.  Apparently Google changed the security
requirements for sending e-mail to gmail users and started bouncing all
mail sent via the reflector to gmail.com addresses.

I think I've corrected the issue, this message is testing if the fix is
correct.
