[NCDXA] Dxpedition Funding

I see our logo did not make it on to the TX5S web page - disappointing. Except for the fact they they send too much time (in my opinion on EU and JA) it is a pretty well run DXpedition. Streaming is fantastic.

Since I was the only dissenter on this I would request the following information be provided to voters on future votes for DXpedition funding. It provides a little more information upon which to make a decision.

Needed list position for CW, SSB, Digital for North America.

Last activation date - how many years ago?

Any other major DXpeditions scheduled this year to this or other location.

Amount budgeted for Expedition Support this year.

Amount already committed/spent this year. (Keep in mind I think we committed $1000.00 to Art whenever he goes to ZD9.)
