Folks,  We have added Jack, W3KX W3 QSL Bureau manager, to the agenda.
Also have added C8K to DXpedition support consideration.

Election of Directors

    Nominations: Both directors 2 year terms

            Lead Director : Phil Barsky K3EW

            Director: Howard Sherer, AE3T

            Secretary and Treasurer positions?

           W3 Incoming QSLBureau fundraising report.

Unfinished business:  The 3D2Y donation was sent.



New business.

1)      Introduction of new applicants for membership: Mark Griffin
KB3Z and Tyler Stewart K3MM.

2)      Revision to the By laws

a.       On the Cover sheet change the names of Lead director and 2
directors to the newly elected team.

b.      Article 6, Para 6.5, first sentence: From :“…Secretary in good
faith…”, To: The secretary shall be appointed by the board and shall
in good faith…”  (To align with wording in Treasurer section)

c.       Article 6, para 6.6; change numbering from 6.6 to 6.5, and
change 6.7 from 6.7 to 6.6 (misnumbered in original).

3)      Call for a Website update committee formation.

4)      Approval on waiving 24-25 NCDXA Dues for W3KX W3 QSL Bureau manager .

5)      Approval to deposit Bureau funds in excess of $2K into
interest bearing account ( Not a certificate)

6)      Approval of VU4X  Andaman Island Dxpedition Support

7)      Approval of VK9X- Christmas Is/VK9C -Cocos-Keeling Is DXPedition Support

8)      Consideration of Mozambique C8L DXpedition Support. C91B there in Oct.;

9)      Member issues.
